Mobile applications can slow down due to multiple background processes or outdated software, Bernie. Let's work together to optimize the export document function and ensure your QuickBooks Online (QBO) app performs at its best.

First, let's update your data to boost your app's performance without removing any documents. This will help you manage your business tasks in QBO more efficiently. Here’s what to do:

iOS

  1. Go to your Settings, then select General.
  2. Tap iPhone Storage, then choose the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. After that, hit the Offload App.

Android

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then select More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Choose YES to confirm.

If the problem persists, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app. For a guide, please refer to the article: How to download the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

For now, feel free to use any compatible browser to export your documentation successfully and achieve your current goal with ease.

Additionally, to enhance your ability to track and manage your business decisions in QBO, you can generate reports using any supported browsers to view your data more effectively.
