Desktop & Clockshark Balance Sheet Issues

We have an external Time Management APP - Clockshark and every once in a while it will throw out my balance sheet by adding an extra line to the paycheques details (after it's been saved) and throws out my Balance Sheet (uncategorized exp.) Anyone else have this problem

It's important that all your transactions are correctly entered for your books to be well balanced. QuickBooks Desktop is a program able to connect to various third-party apps to help you streamline the process of managing your books. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with transactions generated by a third-party app.

 

For assistance with transactions incorrectly generated by an app such as Clockshark, you'd need to reach out to the support team for that third-party app itself. If this is an app that you got from the selection of the QuickBooks Desktop apps page, you can find the contact for the support team for the app in question by going to the app page and then searching for your app. Click on it to see its details, and go to the Policies and Support section to see the contact information.
