Desktop system effect Quickbooks

Hi, I got situation here, my computer system now is Window 7, and the Quickbooks we are using now is 2019 Pro. we received the email said quickbooks is no longer to support updating for W7. We plan to upgrade our computer to Window 10, however, I would like ask, do we need to reinstall again the 2019 Pro after our system upgrade? If yes, we bought the Quickbooks online, how do we reinstall again. Hope hear from you soon. Thank you !

Upgrading your system is a great way to stay on top of the system requirements for QuickBooks Desktop 2019 and ensure that you're able to continue using the software. I can go over this with you.

 

When you upgrade your operating system, all of your programs should remain in tact, but that's a question best asked of your IT support or the Microsoft support team. Something to keep in mind when you're upgrading your operating system is that there have been issues with QuickBooks Desktop and the 4.8 .net framework, namely being unable to use the program on that framework. I recommend checking with your IT professional or Microsoft support to see if there's a way to install Windows 10 without that framework to ensure you're able to continue using the product.
