Desktop update and Thunderbird

After updating QB desktop to 2022 I can no longer send emails via Thunderbird or create PDF's.

How can I fix this?

Updating to QuickBooks Desktop 2022 is a great way to enjoy all the new features and updates that come along with it. I'd be happy to help you get your PDF issue fixed and point you in the right direction for fixing your Thunderbird email client.

 

Sometimes when you update to a new version of QuickBooks Desktop the old drivers you used may no longer be compatible. I recommend downloading our Tool Hub and using the PDF repair tool. If that doesn't work try reinstalling  your PDF software and that should resolve the issue. 

 

As for Thunderbird you can try setting up the email again through QuickBooks using the SMTP Server and port. This can be done using the steps in this article. If that doesn't work I recommend reaching out to thunderbird for assistance.
