Do I have to review all mileage trips on all devices? Doesn’t the information sync to all devices?

Hi there, 


I know how handy the Mileage tracking feature is, and how essential it is for your trips to be reviewed. The beauty of using an online software is that changes will be reflected across all your devices. I'll explain how this works in regards to reviewing your mileage trips.

 

When you review your trips on one device, you'll see the changes reflected on any other device you access your account on. If you're not seeing the changes right away on your other device, try logging out of your account, then log back in. If you're still not seeing the change, try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser. These are the stored Internet files that build up over time and cause bugs in the program. You can also use Google Chrome's Incognito Mode. This is a private window that runs independently from the rest of your browser. Here's more information about what that is and how to use it: Browse in Private. I also recommend using an alternative browser all together.
