Do we still have to upload documents concerning the Fintrac update? My QBO didn't give me the option to upload any.

Intuit will be sending you an email with a link that leads to an application where you can upload your document for the case. Make sure to check your emails, including the spam folder, for this link. You can also find access to the application via the in-product banner located at the top of the critical notice on your Payroll Overview page.
