Does anyone like the new format to enter / edit customer information ? I find it to be much more tedious and time consuming! Just my simple opinion!

Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks is designed to help you save time using the powerful features offered in the program. I'll be glad to share more info so you're on the right track with your work. 

I can see the benefit of being able to revert back to the old way of entering and editing customer information. Since there isn't a way to revert back to the old format within QuickBooks, I highly recommend sending this as feedback to our product developers. You can do this by clicking the Gear icon and navigating to Feedback.
