Does Credit Card payments on downloaded transaction match my Credit card payment transactions after manually entering under Bills?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online makes matching your uploaded transactions effortless.  Entering your expenses in your books, ensures that a 'match' can easily be found.  I'd be happy to provide more information, so your account remains balanced!

When you record your bills or expenses in QuickBooks, you'll enter the associated payment method and account.  When you update your transactions, QuickBooks will automatically match them for you.  If you haven't already entered a transaction in your books, you'll see 'Add' when reviewing your transactions from the For review tab. This would be due to QuickBooks not finding an exact match in your books.  Here's a detailed guide, for your reference, to assist with categorizing and matching transactions in QuickBooks Online.  In addition, I find that creating Bank rules, is a valuable time saver!  When you set specific rules for your transactions, QuickBooks will automatically categorize them based on the details for each rule.
