Question

Does quickbooks focuses only on case closure and not the issue resolution. I have a long list of unresolved cases which have been closed without resolution and anything.

Hi there jainvipul999,

At QuickBooks, our goal is to answer your questions and resolve the issues you're encountering in the software to make sure you're able to continue to work seamlessly. This is true regardless of which QuickBooks platform you're using and I want to make sure we're meeting that standard when dealing with all customers. I hope to be able to shed some light on this.

Depending on the nature of the situation, the case that was opened for you and a particular support agent may be closed before you see a full resolution take place. This happens when our engineering team is involved with resolving the issue. What happens is the case is closed for the particular interaction with the front-line agent, but the engineering team takes over and can send you emails with updates regarding the issue when they become available.

To confirm if this is what's happened for your cases or to discuss your concerns regarding other closed cases, please feel free to contact support again. With Community being a public forum, we won't be able to have that discussion here as I would need to gather your account details, which should be kept secure. I see you've tagged QuickBooks Online in this post, so feel free to choose from one of the QuickBooks Online contact options below.
