Hi there,

Running your business with QuickBooks is the best way to save time and effort with your bookkeeping. I know how important it is to have a good handle on the activity going on within your company file. I'd be happy to shed some light on this for you.

At this time, the type of information you're trying to retrieve isn't stored in the account. I know how helpful it would be to have a record of login activity, as well as a way to monitor whether or not any information has been exported from the account.

If this is something you'd like to see incorporated in the system for the future, I'd recommend sharing your thoughts with our team by clicking Help > Send feedback online. We always take customer feedback into consideration for future updates.

I hope this helps clear things up for you. If you have any other questions or concerns, please reach out to our tech support team

Cheers.

For audit purpose, utilize the event logs in Windows. You may set filter QuickBooks or other component (e.g USB port) as event sources.
