Does TD support online transaction downloads

I am no longer able to download transactions from my TD Visa into Quickbooks online. I spoke with TD Canada and the tech guy said that the website was updated a few weeks ago and to contact Quickbooks in order to get this sorted out.

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

Sometimes browsing data accumulates and prevents the software from doing what it is supposed to do. I recommend trying these troubleshooting steps to see if this helps resolves the issue.
 

1. Clear cache and cookies
2. Try Switching browsers
3. Sign in through a private browser
