Donor Receipt Format

it's vital all your information is displayed correctly so that your forms can be sent correctly. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you create and send sales forms to your customers so they know the services you offered. i can point you in the right direction to customize forms.

In QuickBooks Online Simple Start, you can customize the invoice form template, but with the other plans, which are Essentials, Plus and Advanced, you have the option to modify the Estimate and Sales receipt template as well. In order to have them modified to have the information show up for envelopes, go to the Gear icon, then Custom form styles. Choose the form style you want to modify, then in the Design section, you can click on Edit Print Settings. You can check the option to Fit to window envelope.
