Edit invoice template

Is it possible to edit a QBO invoice template for the following:

  • change column widths
  • change "standard" labels
  • have default text appear in standard or custom field

Hi Eric1960,

 

Adjusting the column width on your invoice can add a personal touch which makes your business stand out. With QuickBooks Online, you can easily customize the Standard template which is used as default for many forms including Invoice. To do so:

  1. Select the Gear icon
  2. Select Custom Form Styles
  3. Select Edit on the right of the Standard form line
  4. Make the desired changes to the Design, Content, and Email
  5. Select Done
