Email Alerts for QuickBooks Time and QuickBooks Desktop

I can walk you through the steps on how to update your notification settings or email in QuickBooks Time.

Usually the notification email is sent to the email setup on the profile or company settings. Follow these steps to make your changes:

1. In the top right corner of QuickBooks Time, click your profile name.
2. Select the down-arrow and then Profile.
3. Under Email (Alerts), update the email there.
4. Next, go to Notifications and make changes there.
5. Once done, select Save.

You can also update this in the Company settings. Here's how:

1. In QuickBooks Time, click Company Settings.
2. Under Company Details, choose Admin Contact.
3. Update the email there if you're referring to product updates and news.
4. After that, you can go to Notifications and update any info there.
5. Click Save.
