Emailing a copy of client invoices

Silly simple question. When I send a client invoice it sends a cc: to an email address that no longer exists and I can't find where to change it to a current address

It's a pleasure to see you in Community, where there's no such thing a s a 'silly' question.  QuickBooks Desktop provides the ability to manage your customer's information, so it's accurate and up-to-date.  I'd be happy to help!

 

Here's how to edit the email address for your customer;

 

1. Select Customers from the menu bar and then Customer Centre

2. Open the Customers & Jobs tab

3. Select the customer name to open the Customer Information panel

4. Click on the Edit ✎

5. Open the Address Info tab and enter the Main Email and CC Email address

6. When finished, hit OK
