emailing t4 to employee

When I click on "email" in process t4s form - it just keeps taking me back to t4 page then

went to Send Forms in File menu but t4 is not there to send! And yes I did make sure company email is listed as default in my preferences section!

Hi there LisaK3,

 

It's important that all your employees get their year-end forms for the pay they received last year. QuickBooks Desktop Payroll is a great tool able to calculate and keep track of payroll ran throughout the year. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with emailing T4 forms.

 

Thank you for making sure the email was correctly entered in your preferences. For further assistance with errors when attempting to email out T4 forms, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Desktop support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view the error with you in a secure setting as well as your software's settings in order to help you send those forms to your employees. You can reach them using the options provided in the QuickBooks Desktop software support policies.
