Enhanced Inventory Receiving (EIR)

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! It's a great idea to get a sense of the features available in the product you're using or considering using to make sure that it's a good fit for your business's needs and to learn the ways it can enhance your bookkeeping practices. Canada's QuickBooks Enterprise edition is a fabulous program to really take advantage of the hands-on approach to managing your books and includes add-on features that will enhance that process.

Enhanced Inventory Receiving is not one of the features available for QuickBooks Enterprise Canada at this time. I took a peek at what it's all about on the article available in the US QuickBooks Community and can appreciate why this would be a tool you'd want to add to your arsenal.

In light of that, if you are using Enterprise already, I recommend submitting feedback about this to our product development team. It's as simple as clicking the Help menu in Enterprise, choosing Send Feedback Online, and then choosing from one of the options available. When you let us know the things you're looking for in the program, we pay attention. There are many features in the program today that began as suggestions from people using the program.
