I made a mistake entering credit card charges manually . I used CREDIT CARD Credits instead of Expenses.

Hi MilaGM,

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides the features you need when situations like this arise.  I'd be glad to assist!

You can delete the credit card credits and then enter the expenses to ensure your books are accurate.  Here's how to delete the credit card credits;

1. Open +New from the left menu

2. Select Credit card credit

3. Click on the 'history' icon in the top left (looks like a clock)

4. Scroll down and hit View more

5. Click on the credit card credit to expand the view

6. Scroll to the bottom and hit More

7. Select Delete and then Yes to confirm

You're all set and ready to record the expense!
