Enterprise 2022 cannot access file

I have downloaded QB Enterprise 2022 and is working properly. However, our supervisor who accesses it through my PC (network) cannot access it anymore. It comes up with a message like: Please ask your Administrator to update the file. 

I am not sure what that means because I have been using my file - no problem.
