Error Message - The Feature You've Requested is Temporarily Unavailable

One of my existing users was denied access randomly by QuickBooks over the weekend.  We tried everything to troubleshoot to the point of deleting and readding him.  Now the error message when logging in is 'The Feature You've Requested is Temporarily Unavailable'.  

I've even tried setting him up at a different email address and the same message occurs.  QB Support has been useless - just sending me in circles.  

Any insight would be much appreciated.

It's important that all your users have the access they need in order to manage your company's books. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of sales and expenses so you can know the profitability of your business. I can provide some information about accepting invitations.

 

One step to try would be to accept the invitation in an incognito window. If the email of the person in question can't be opened in an incognito tab, then you can try to click on the invite in a regular tab, then copy the URL and paste it into the incognito window. Here are some other steps to try before trying to accept the invitation:

 

If the error persists, then the next step would be to reach out to the QuickBooks Online support team once more. They'll be able to analyze the invitation attempt in the system to help with further troubleshooting steps, as well as collect the necessary information to notify the engineers of the erro. You can reach them using these options:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
