We've had other reports of this error and have opened a ticket with our engineering team to resolve the issue. The engineering team is working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. This error needs to be resolved in the back-end with the help of our engineers, so we're collecting the account data of each impacted QuickBooks Online account to narrow down what's going on and resolve it.

I recommend you reach out to our support team outside of the community forum so that you can share your account details securely. This will allow you to receive email updates once your account is added to the ticket.
