Hi fencescape2015,

 

I'm glad to see you contacting us here.  Error 32124 can be related to a few different scenarios in QuickBooks Online.  I'd be happy to provide more information so you can get ahead with your work!

 

Initially, I recommend clearing cache on your browser to see if you get the same result.  I'd also recommend trying other browsers such as Firefox, Edge, Google Chrome, Safari and private/incognito.

 

In addition, if you're attempting to record a Sales Receipt, this error indicates the same number already exists.  Here's how to check;

 

1. Open Reports from the left menu

2. In the Search field, enter Sales by Customer Detail

3. Click on Customize

4. Select Change columns and choose the desired columns for the report

5. Open Filters and choose Transaction type

6. Checkmark the box beside Sales Receipt

7. Hit Run report
