Here's how:

1. In QuickBooks Online, click Help on the top menu.
2. Click Contact Us.
3. Under How can we help?, enter a brief description of your concern.
4. Click Continue.
5. Select the option to call us or receive a callback.

In the meantime, you can manually create transactions like sales forms or expenses.
