Error "We're having some trouble on our end. Give us a few minutes and come back." How do I fix this?

This is happening in incognito view also.

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online is a great accounting software allowing you to work from anywhere.  I can understand the concern when an error message indicates 'we're having some trouble'.  Rest assured it's not you.  This happens from time to time and I'll be happy to assist!

 

In this type of situation it's best to clear cache on your browser and then log into your QuickBooks account from a private or incognito browser.  This is always the first course of action, as the browsing history can cause loading delays and performance issues.  Other recommended browsers are Firefox, Edge, Google Chrome and Safari.
