The error you've described is shown when your QB account subscription is about to expire. I recommend checking your billing and subscription info using the Customer Account Maintenance Portal. You can manage your QuickBooks Desktop account in one place with the Customer Account Maintenance Portal (CAMPs). You can access CAMPS by visiting camps.intuit.com.
