Most of our customers are outside of Canada and the current QBO does not seem to support a a Country field. Is this a planned feature for the future? Right now we have to edit each PDF estimate or invoice manually outside of QBO to get our full address right. Any suggestions?

Hi there,

Running a business in today's globalized world means that your customers can be from near and far. QuickBooks has your back, allowing you to use multiple currencies and languages for your invoices and estimates. I'll help explain how you can get even more out of the program by adding a custom field to your estimates and invoices.

To add a custom field, follow these steps: How to add custom fields to invoices

Editing the checkboxes and names in the custom forms styles section of QuickBooks will change all custom form styles custom fields on the Sales transaction. The best practice is to check all three options and use only what is needed when filling out the Sales transaction. The unused fields will not appear on the printed or delivered form.

I hope this helps get you back on track. If you have any other questions, or if I haven't quite hit the mark with my response, please don't hesitate to reach out below.

Cheers.
