Estimate Sending Email

Hey QB dudes,

 

Recently, when I have been trying to send off my estimates, the preview page isn't working correctly.

 

When I click save and send, it automatically will download the preview but not display it all, see screenshot attached.

 

I'd like to reverse this,

 

Any ideas,

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  I would be glad to assist you with your QuickBooks Online forms!

 

To ensure all information is visible when emailing your estimates, please follow these steps;

 

1.  Open your Settings ⚙ and select Custom form styles

2.  Hit Edit in the Action column for your default form

3.  Open the Emails tab

4. Select Full details and PDF attached in the How your invoice appears in emails section

5. Hit Done to save the changes.
