Hi there,

I want to make sure QuickBooks Online is running seamlessly for you. I'm glad you've decided to reach out to us here in the Community.

Reconciliation is an important part of running a business, and having a printed copy for your records is a great idea. I'll help you sort this out.

If you're using the desktop app for QuickBooks Online, try resetting the app data by clicking the Help menu > Reset App Data. This is similar to clearing the cache and cookies in a web browser, and it helps resolve crashing issues and latency in the app.

If you're using QuickBooks Online in a web browser, I recommend clearing the cache and cookies to give your browser a fresh start. Cache and cookies are the stored Internet files that build up over time, and they can bog you down. Here's how: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

You can also try using Google Chrome's Incognito mode. This is a private browsing mode that opens a window that operates outside of the typical browser. Here's more information about that and how to use it: Browse in private.

I'd also recommend using a different browser all together to isolate the issue.

If you're still experiencing some crashing issues after trying those steps, please let me know in the comments below. I'm here to help.

Cheers.
