Filing W2s after cancelling payroll core subscription

I understand that you're considering canceling your subscription and you have questions about the availability of W-2s, specifically for your last employee's W-2 in January 2024, @RodaPoda.

It's important to note that once a Payroll Core subscription is canceled, access to W-2s and other tax forms becomes unavailable. This means you might not be able to file your employee's W-2 through our system after canceling your subscription.

If you wish to do this task, you might want to reactivate your account to access and file tax forms. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings
3. Choose Billing & Subscription.
4. Select your payroll subscription.
5. Click Reactivate in the Subscription status field.

Once done, you can submit your W-2 forms to Federal and state agencies. 

You also have the option to print the W-2 forms to ensure both you and your employees have a copy of this information.
