First time using quickbooks to run payroll, I have a paycheque sync error, not sure what this means...how to fix this?

I'm also trying to change from payroll cheque to direct deposit, but I keep getting the same tips on how to submit direct deposit and not how to change it. Thank you!

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  It's important that you're able to set your QuickBooks Online Payroll preferences, without delay.  The issue you've described is something we'd be happy to help you with.  However, it does require reaching out to our Customer Care team outside of Community.  Our payroll specialist will have the ability to work with you personally, and with your consent, they'll have they will resolve the situation from the back end.  They will also ensure that your payroll is ready, so you can pay your staff with confidence!

 

Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback (Note: Callback hours are the same as regular phone hours.)
