Working with an online accounting software like QuickBooks Online is an awesome way to manage your business bookkeeping. The great part about this is that you have the option to import and export various things from QBO and your computer. I'd be happy to shed some light on what you're able to import/export with QuickBooks Online.

To import data into QBO, click the Gear icon > Import Data. From there, you can select any of the following items to import:

• Bank Data
• Customers
• Suppliers
• Chart of Accounts 
• Products and Services
• Invoices
• Bills

To import data into QBO, click the Gear icon > Export Data. From there, you can select any of the following items to export:

• General Ledger report
• Profit and Loss
• Balance Sheet
• Trial Balance
• Journal
• Customers
• Suppliers
• Employees

Anyone on this forum will need more specific information to be able to help you, friend.  Could you elaborate?

Where would you like to export all employees from?  Where would you be exporting these employees to?

Where would you like to import all paycheque type transactions from?  Where would you be importing to?

If you could answer those questions in some detail, then I'm sure there will be numerous people on this forum who would be happy to help you out.
