For recurring transactions, where did the "skip" go?

There was always the option in the dropdown of a current recurring transaction to "skip" the transaction.  Was this removed from the options?

Based on the information you've provided, I suggest clearing cache on your browser, if you haven't done so already.  If the issue persists, I recommend trying other browsers such as Safari, Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, Private or Incognito.  Should you experience the same outcome, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can look further into this from our end.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
