When i am creating an invoice, on my screen the body of the invoice where the item, description etc is it shows one row in white then the next row is blue and continues that way and it makes it a lot easier to read and define the rows.

My question is... is there a way to have it print each row in this colour way or at the least insert line to in order to div

Hi there,

Creating invoices is one of the most essential and important tasks of any small business owner. It's important that your customers can easily read their invoices, and that your branding is reflected in a unique way. QuickBooks Online helps you customize your invoices by providing content and formatting options.

When it comes to defining each line item with a divider or different colour, this option isn't available at this time. I think this would be a great way to make your invoices clear, and I'd be happy to pass on your suggestions about this to our product development team for review. I'd encourage you to submit your thoughts as well, by clicking the Gear icon > Feedback

Our engineers are reading these messages daily, and we're always looking for new ways to improve the product. Our goal is to make QuickBooks the best it can be, and tons of user-suggested features have made their way into the program.

I hope this helps clear things up for you. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our tech support team.

Cheers.
