Free trial over

Hi I started this program in March and had he 30 day free trial and a few days after starting the program I like what I was using and sign up for the monthly subscription. Now I’m getting a page that says that the free trial is over and I need to subscribe to move forward. When I hit the subscribe button it tells me that I already have a subscription but it will not let me into my account to add any thing. Any ideas how to move forward?

What happens when you try accessing your account using a private/incognito window on a web browser? If you haven't tried this yet, give it a shot and let me know what happens. I'll be here.

I tried logging on through a web browser and get stuck on a age for billing information asking for my phone number and it will send a link to the app.

Are you getting an error message when you're on the billing page? Please send me a screenshot of what you're seeing.
