Is there a way to enter multiple Customers in a General Journal AND have their respective amounts show up in their Customer history? It seems only the first Customer's amount entered on the first line of the General Journal actually shows up in their Customer history.

Glad to have you as a new member the Community. QuickBooks is a flexible program that helps you streamline your accounting with ease. I'll be happy to steer you in the right direction so you can get back to doing what you love. 

 

The function you've described above isn't available in QuickBooks as you can only enter one customer per line. You're welcome to send feature requests by clicking on the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. New product ideas and improvements are largely based on the feedback we get from users like you. In the meantime, I recommend looking into third-party apps that can assist with this. These apps can be found on our site www.apps.com.
