Got a new PC and want to transfer Premier 2015

Hi 

 

I just bought a new pc and want to transfer my quickbooks premier 2015 to the new computer so I can use my application there. Is this still possible and if so how? I tried to find the 2015 version in the Canadian section of downloads but it is not available there. it is however available under US. 

 

Help would be appreciated.

HI hooman,

 

When getting a new computer its always important to make sure you move everything over so you can continue your work without issue. I can help with going over how to get QuickBooks Desktop 2015 onto your new computer.

 

At this time QuickBooks Desktop 2015 is not available for download from the QuickBooks website. This is due to only having the last 4 years available to follow with the available supported versions. Should you want to download QuickBooks Desktop 2015 on the new computer you'll need either an install CD or the install file still on your old computer. If you do have one of these you can follow the steps in this article to install on the new computer. As the American version is different than the Canadian your license information will not work on the registration screen.

 

Incase you don't have these you can also try contacting a technical specialist to move everything from one hard drive to the other or you purchase a new version of QuickBooks Desktop. Should you want to upgrade to a newer version of QuickBooks Desktop you can find the prices here.
