Green Accept button not working on iPad. Can’t accept transactions in Banking.

I suspect that you may be using the QuickBooks Online mobile app to complete your work on the iPad, and that's where you're having trouble with the Accept buttons in the banking feed. If that's the case, the first thing I recommend is uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This ensures that the app is both up-to-date and is free of any cache issues that would prevent it from working properly.

 

In the event you're working from a mobile browser on your iPad, clearing the cache is still a good idea. The article Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online includes information on how to clear the cache on a mobile browser.
