GST Filing Line 103 show same amount as the last quarter filing

Hello,

I file my GST quarterly.  I'm working with a new version so this has never happened to me before.

 

One quarter I had collected some GST (Line 103)  and ITC (line 106) and filed as per normal with an amount owing which I have already paid.


The next quarter, there were no sales and therefore no GST collected (Line 103) when I go to file the return it shows the same amount on Line 103 as the previous filed return.  I double and tripled checked the dates I also double checked that there were no transaction.  How do I fix this problem there as line 103 should not reflect anything collected from the last quarter.
