GST Report Error

I'm filing our GST and when I look at the report, Line 101 shows our sales but every other line shows 0.00.  This is the second time I'm filing the GST, the last time was in July and I had no issues nor have I made any changes to the tax set up.  How can I get the GST and ITC's that we've paid to show in this report?!

Hi there mjoal,

I'm glad to hear that you're keeping on top of your GST filings using the robust QuickBooks Desktop software. I want to help you ensure that your GST report is pulling the correct data so that you can finish your filing and get back to doing what you love.

There are two reasons why the lines on your GST report are showing 0.00. The first is that you have selected a date range that has already been filed for. Ensure that the date parameters are set to reflect the current filing period to pull the correct data.

The other reason is you might be encountering this issue is as a result of data damage. The article below goes over several solutions to data damage and walks you through the correct steps to take to repair it.

If you're still experiencing problems pulling the correct data into your GST report, reaching out to our QuickBooks Desktop support team will help you get back on track. You can get in touch with our support team here. For more information on our support policies, refer to this article.

I'm here if you have follow-up questions. Have a great evening!
