Has any one been experiencing website crashing multiple times a day? Even when I clear history, cookies, etc. It says the website cannot be reached

Great job on clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Another variable to take note of is the internet connection. It's vital you have a strong internet connection at all times as that's required for the site to function at its optimal level. I'd also recommend checking to make sure you're using a supported browser. Here's a list showing you the ones that are currently supported:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox. Note: To preview and print forms on Mac OS, you'll also need the Firefox PDF plugin.
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari 11 or newer (Mac only)
