Question

Have not been able to update my accounts in QB for 3 days. Getting the message "We could not update your accounts right now. Please try again later." Any ideas?

Have you tried opening your QBO account on private/incognito browser?

Hi AirClix,

 

I'm pleased to see you reaching out to Community.  I can relate to how time saving it is when you're able to connect and upload transactions from your bank, and reconcile accounts in a timely fashion.  However, we've recently experienced a discrepancy with several banks connecting with QuickBooks Online and I'm happy to inform you that our Development team have resolved the issue.   

 

I recommend rebooting your computer and then clear cache on your preferred browser prior to logging into your QuickBooks Online account.  In addition, here's an article to assist you with manually uploading your transactions, incase this happens again moving forward.  I always like to be prepared.
