Hello After uploading a new customer list, the information is all incorrect, how can i delete the information and update the list?

Hi klupul,

 

Welcome to Community!  Having the option to import your customer list in QuickBooks Online, is a great feature.  If corrections are necessary and you need to go through the process again, don't worry, I'm here to help!

 

Although there currently isn't an option to delete your customers, you can make them inactive in one batch and remove them from the list.  Here's how:

 

1. Select Sales from the left menu and then Customers

2. Check the box at the top left to select All customers

3. From the Drop-Down Arrow located on the Batch Actions, select Make Inactive

4. Click on the small Gear above the Action column and remove the checkmark beside Include Inactive.  This will hide them from your view.

 

Once you've reviewed your spreadsheet and made any necessary changes, you're ready to import it!   For your reference, here's an article to assist you with Importing Customers or Suppliers to QuickBooks Online.
