Hello, is there a quick way to download the attachments that relate to a project in QBO? e.g. we have 10 bills under the project and we would like to download the backups

It's vital that all your expenses are correctly entered in your books so you can see how much was spent for your company. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you add expenses and sales to a project to keep track of project profitability. I can provide information about attachments.

In order to download the attachments for the expenses and bills for a project, they would need to be done one by one as there isn't a way to batch download these files. I can see how being able to do so could help manage your records easier. I recommend you leave your feedback in the system by clicking on the Gear Icon, then Feedback. The comments made in that section are taken into consideration when designing new features for QuickBooks Online.
