Thanks for being a member of the QuickBooks Community. Upgrading to the newest version of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is a great idea, and I love that you're ready to do so. I'm happy to point you in the right direction to be able to download the 2021 version of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.

If you navigate to the Downloads & Updates page of our website, you'll be able to select your Location, Product, and Version. When you're ready, hit Search and you'll be brought to a page with the option to Download the product, and instructions on how to install and activate it. It's that simple!
