Help - Some information/transactions don't show up when searching in iPhone app and I can't figure out why

We have an active subsctription to QuickBooks Online Plus. When using the iPhone app to view our information, some transactions (mostly invoices) will not be there and I can't figure out why.

If I pull up a customer profile in a web browser, I can view all of that customer's transaction history, including all invoices. If I pull up a customer profile in the iPhone app, it will display some of the transactions, but will not display most of the invoice history.

Additionally, sometimes when I search for customers in the app, they do not show up at all despite being active and searchable in a web browser.

Is the QBs iPhone app supposed to be limited in the information it displays relative to a web browser, or is there possibly something wrong here?

Hi there,

Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks is a versatile program that's designed to help you save time. I'll be happy to guide you in the right direction so you can get back to doing what you enjoy.

To get started, it's important to note that the mobile app has limited features and functions compared to the web-browser. For extensive work on your QB account, I suggest using the web-browser in order to take advantage of all the features. That said, the mobile app is designed to designed to display all your transactions instead of some. I recommend troubleshooting this by uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app. This is a good way to troubleshoot bugs that affect the app. By reinstalling it, this also ensures you're on the latest version of the mobile app. You can visit these links to reinstall the QBO mobile app:

Give this a try and feel free to keep me posted on how you make out. I'll be on standby.
