Question

Hi allI was impacted by the bank feed/TD disconnect this week; my connection now reads normal, but no transactions are imported. Anyone else experiencing this?

It's good that your connection is now back to normal. From here, I recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser that may be obstructing new transactions from uploading to your QuickBooks bank feed. Thanks James. I've been manually adding transactions to the bank register as they come up to reconcile at the end of the month so nothing gets missed -- so no issue there! I'll just be looking to resolve this to speed my workflows back up.

I've cleared Intuit cookies per the help article you've linked, but with no impact on the bank feeds. What further steps should be taken?
