Hi, can I undelete a transaction?

Welcome to the community family! I'll be happy to point you in the right direction about reversing a deleted transaction.

Once you delete a transaction in QuickBooks Online, there's no option to undo it. The good news is, the Audit Log tool helps you access the deleted data and provide every detail you need to easily recreate your transaction. Here's how.

1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
2. Under Tools, choose Audit Log.
3. Click Filter to see the options available to you.
4. Check off the Transactions box.
5. Choose Deleted/Voided Transactions from the Show drop-down.
6. In the Using drop-down menu, choose the related account if you'd like.
7. Click Apply.
