Hi.. I am new to QB and need help with 1- entering credit card bills and their payments 2- entering gift receipts in system. thank you

We make it easier for you to pay your bills. You can pay multiple bills and multiple suppliers at the same time or pay them one at a time. When you receive a bill from a supplier, you can record it and pay it when it's due. Pay bills lets you enter and track bills helping you monitor ones that are due. Plus, it lets you pay multiple bills at the same time.

At this time, QBO doesn't have the option to produce a Gift Receipt. This is such a great idea, and I'd encourage you to submit your feedback about this to our product development team. You can do that by clicking the Gear icon > Feedback. Sharing your thoughts is the best way to make sure your voice is heard.
