Hi, I have a question about YTD pay edit form.

I will fill the YTD pay edit form and there are some area ask pay cheque date, pay cheque start and end date. Do I need to fill these information too? One of the employee has been worked for 3 months should I show each month seperately? 

 

By the way last 3 months payroll created on desktop module and all payroll liabilities on accounting  transfer from there. I don't want to make any changes on accounting I want to get a correct T4 form end of the year.

Welcome back. It's nice to hear from you again. I know how important it is to have all your YTD information input correctly. QuickBooks Online payroll makes T4 creation a breeze at the end of the year, leaving you with more time to do what you love. For the T4 information to be accurate, the information in your payroll module needs to be correct. Let me explain what's needed from you.

 

So it sounds like you've gotten your Pay Edits form. For each paycheque that you want changes made, you'll need to fill in the area with the paycheque date and pay period. The Pay Edits team will be looking at this information when they're making your changes to confirm the information that's being changed is on the right paycheque.
