Question

Hi, I just deleted my old account and added my new account, but it so deleted my transactions that I wanted to save. oops. is there a way to get those back?

I want to welcome you to the QuickBooks Community. You'll find many helpful articles and support from other members. QuickBooks Self-Employed is meant for busy people on the go. When a transaction has been deleted, it'll need to be recreated as it can't be restored. I can point you in the right direction.

 

You can reconnect the bank account and categorize the transactions again. Instead of deleting the account you can hide it; that way the transactions are still there, no more will be downloaded, and you can clean up your books. You can also manually enter the transactions.
